Established leader with certificate credentials in Project Management, Leadership, and Six Sigma whose work as the Learning Objects Portal Manager (ATCx3 Consortia ; Athens Technical College is primary) includes software review, research and testing; training, developing best practices, workflows, and policies, Â advocacy, and support for building an open community of knowledge through Open Educational Resources (OER). Work with library staff to identify grants and write grant proposals for Makerspaces/technology labs, in addition to other projects. Â Write monthly reports of activities, share timelines, and project progress to grant members.
Additional leadership experience includes thirteen yearsâ experience as Head, Database Maintenance for the University of Georgia (UGA) Libraries for which responsibilities included managing and training staff, project management, liaison work with 8 campus and branch libraries, maintaining monthly and annual statistics including  data analysis of statistics and keeping established quality control standards for records and materials, contributing to the administration of the Cataloging Department, and serving as a resource on technology throughout the University community and beyond.

- University of Georgia Librariesâ Media Department, Georgia Room and Russell B. Richard Library Collections (special collections) including coordinating group to redesign the workflow of Richard B. Russell Library for Political Research and Studies materials, which included identifying materials to be cataloged and developing a project list for cataloging non-book materials.  From 2009-2010, coordinated project for cataloging and processing Senator Russellâs office library, consisting of 2889 titles, readying this materials for transfer to the Special Collections Library.Â
- Support and project management for a variety of data projects for Ex-Libris' Voyager (branded as GIL), a database of 5+ million records including large scale data projects  (170,000 database records that did not merge properly during a data set conversion).Â
